| Rules:
1. On the last branch meeting of each year or as near
as possible, two e-mail addresses will be selected at random from the list
of subscribers of Las UNISON News.
2. An e-mail will be sent to each address advising that they have been
selected to win the prize.
3. Full Instructions will be enclosed in the e-mail that will include
requesting Membership Number, Members Name, Workplace and a correspondence
address to send prize.
4. These details will be announced at the next available branch meeting
where payment will be authorised and a cheque sent.
5. All prizes will be made by cheque. There will be no cash alternative.
6. If a prize remains unclaimed for 30 days then the prize will be forfeited
and another draw will take place until the prize has been claimed.
7. Winners Names & Station/Workplace will be listed on our winners page!
8. The decision of the branch committee will be final.
9. Additional Prize Draws may take place at the same time or at other
non-specified times during the year as the branch feels fit.
10. As stated elsewhere, you must be a current UNISON member of the Las
Branch. If you are unable to prove this then you will not be entitled to the
prize and an additional draw will take place as stated in rule 6. |
