LAS Branch take your Health & Safety seriously and a Health & Safety officer
(Ian Lee) sits on the branch. It is important that we receive feedback on
any Health & Safety issue within the service and in particular the problems
we have already highlighted on our Health & safety page. In order to assist
us please complete as many fields as possible.
We understand that you may wish to remain anonymous when reporting a breach
of Health & Safety, but we would like to remind you that all information
including your name is treated in strictest confidence and without all of
the relevant facts it might be difficult to investigate the incident and
provide you with a satisfactory conclusion. |
