These rates are based on the percentage difference
between a Qualified Ambulance Person and an Operational Shift Manager, which
is 7.9%.
The mid point of the salary range for CA1 and CA11 is
used to ascertain the allowance due.
Annual rates are divided by 52.14 for the weekly rate,
then divided by 39 x 7.8 for the hourly rate.
Revised Rate for Technician applies from 1st April 2003 |
