| When the LAS Branch was
formed, it was made up exclusively of members who
worked for the London Ambulance Service. Over time
we have slowly built up a number of members who work
for private ambulance companies across London. The
first of these members were former LAS staff
employed on PTS who were transferred under TUPE to a
private company and since then more members employed
by these firms have joined us. We now have a
significant number of members and felt it was
important to have a dedicated area on our website to
represent them. It is our aim to get all PTS staff
employed by private ambulance services on AfC pay
and conditions. |
